1.   Who is 1300-4-A-VALUER?

1300-4-A-VALUER is an Independent Specialist Company, established in 2007. It is our job to source Independent and Professional Valuers who are licensed in that state to perform independent property valuations. The valuers associated with 1300-4-A-VALUER are also members of the Australian Property Institute, which is the professional body that represents, trains and regulates Valuers in Australia.
 
2.  What area's does 1300-4-A-VALUER cover?

1300-4-A-VALUER covers all major cities and regional centres in Australia. 

3.  What is 1300-4-A-VALUER's Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

Confirmation notice of receipt actioned within 24 hours (except for weekends and public holidays).

4.  What is the Valuation Ordering Process?


     Log onto website and fill in the online form
     A Valuation Quote will then be emailed to you within 24 hours (except for weekends and public holidays)
     If you accept the fee please click on the hyper link, then you will be taken to the payment screen where you can pay by PayPal or simply
         fill out the attached forms and return via email or fax.
     Once this has been completed. 1300-4-A-VALUER will contact valuers in the area.

     The selected Property Valuer will contact the person for access and arrange an inspection.
     Our adminstration staff will monitor and make sure that your valuation is completed in a timely manner.

     After the valuation has been completed the report will be sent to you by email and/or post.

8.   What is 1300-4-A-VALUER’s quality control?

1300-4-A-VALUER only appoints licensed Valuers who have met the educational and ethical standards set by the Department of Fair Trading in that State and are current members of the Australian Property Institute (API) in their State or Territory. All Valuers appointed by 1300-4-A-VALUER must show proof of insurance prior to accreditation.

10.  What are your fees?

We do not have a set fee for commercial, rural or retail valuations. Each property is unique and we prepare a fee based on the specifics of the property concerned. The fee will take into account the unique factors of the property and will take into account the size, the purpose of the valuation and the type of report.

Residential valuations are less complex and are we are able to provide competitive fees without the detail required for a commercial or rural valuation.
